LOVE (Leadership Opportunities Versatile Engagement) Program

The goal of the LOVE Program is to provide mentorship and work experience to diverse socio economic individuals/groups within the Southern California region. Participants in this leadership internship program devote 15 to 25 hours a week. We have found that participants in this program who have embraced the philosophy that learning and development is a lifelong ambition have greatly benefited from this program, by actively facilitating and bridging the interaction and teamwork across different cultures, ages, genders, disabilities and languages. Their experience working within our family centered service model coupled with the unconditional love has been transformational to their development.
